Grewal fait face \u00e0 quatre chefs d'accusation d'abus de confiance de la part de la GRC.<\/p>\n<p>On se souvient que le mois dernier, la GRC a annonc\u00e9 que le fonctionnaire faisait face \u00e0 des accusations criminelles d'abus de confiance et de fraude de plus de CA$5 000. Hasan de Stockwoods Barristers<\/strong> d\u00e9fend M. Grewal au tribunal et a soulign\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises que son client nie toutes les all\u00e9gations port\u00e9es contre lui. Selon eux, il a demand\u00e9 une certaine somme d'argent \u00e0 un employ\u00e9 de son bureau de circonscription alors qu'il \u00e9tait aux prises avec une relation malsaine avec les jeux d'argent.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/casinolion.ca\/fr\/news\/former-liberal-mp-raj-grewal-gambling-addiction-leads-him-to-court-october-6\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">L'ancien d\u00e9put\u00e9 lib\u00e9ral Raj Grewal se retrouve devant le tribunal le 6 octobre en raison de sa d\u00e9pendance au jeu<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L'avocat Hasan a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que <strong>environ 10 Go de mat\u00e9riel d'enqu\u00eate<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7ue au cours des derniers mois, en pr\u00e9paration de l'audience. L'enqu\u00eate est en cours depuis 2017, date \u00e0 laquelle la GRC l'a lanc\u00e9e. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clench\u00e9e par des informations provenant du Centre d'analyse des op\u00e9rations et d\u00e9clarations financi\u00e8res du Canada, signalant des transactions suspectes portant sur des montants d'argent plus importants que M. Grewal effectuait \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/casinolion.ca\/fr\/news\/where-are-they-now-ex-liberal-mp-raj-grewal-would-not-run-as-candidate-on-oct-21\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">O\u00f9 sont-ils maintenant ? Grewal en a dit plus sur <strong>son \u00e9tat mental en d\u00e9cembre 2018<\/strong>, Il s'agit de la premi\u00e8re fois qu'il parle de sa relation malsaine avec le jeu et des cons\u00e9quences que cela a eues sur sa vie et son compte en banque. Il a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 dans une vid\u00e9o Facebook qu'il fr\u00e9quentait le Casino du Lac Leamy \u00e0 Gatineau, qui se trouve \u00e9galement \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la Colline du Parlement. Ce haut lieu du jeu propose des machines \u00e0 sous et des tables de jeu.<\/p>\n<h2>6 janvier 2021<\/h2>\n<p>Ses visites quotidiennes pendant trois ans ont eu un impact consid\u00e9rable sur son budget personnel et, \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9, il a d\u00fb emprunter de l'argent \u00e0 des amis. Ind\u00e9pendamment de ces pr\u00e9cieuses all\u00e9gations, M.
