Vendredi dernier, le ministre de la sant\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec, Christian Dub\u00e9, a annonc\u00e9 que la province \u00e9tait la derni\u00e8re \u00e0 lancer une loterie d'incitation \u00e0 la vaccination. Plus de $2 000 000 de dollars de prix seront distribu\u00e9s aux particuliers, le gouvernement local essayant d'encourager un plus grand nombre de personnes \u00e0 se faire vacciner pour faire face \u00e0 une situation sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/p>\n

Le processus de vaccination dans la province a connu un certain ralentissement, car les adultes \u00e2g\u00e9s de 18 \u00e0 29 ans sont toujours en retard sur les groupes d\u00e9mographiques plus \u00e2g\u00e9s. Environ 69 % d'entre eux ont re\u00e7u au moins une dose de vaccin. Vendredi, le ministre de la sant\u00e9, M. Dub\u00e9, a officiellement annonc\u00e9 la mise en place d'un programme d'incitation \u00e0 la vaccination par loterie, le premier du genre dans la province. Il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu'il s'agissait d'une occasion de r\u00e9compenser les personnes d\u00e9j\u00e0 vaccin\u00e9es et celles qui ne le sont pas encore. Il a \u00e9galement expliqu\u00e9 que la Le processus d'inscription d\u00e9butera en ligne en juillet<\/strong> et que l'objectif est d'inciter un plus grand nombre de personnes \u00e9ligibles \u00e0 se faire vacciner.<\/p>\n

Il y aura quatre tirages pendant la campagne sp\u00e9ciale de loto, qui se d\u00e9roulera pendant le mois d'ao\u00fbt et aura lieu tous les vendredis. Chaque Le tirage au sort sera dot\u00e9 d'un prix principal de CA$150 000<\/strong> pour un total de CA$600 000 lors des quatre tirages. Puis, en septembre, aura lieu le grand prix de CA$1 000 000<\/strong> avoir 18 ans ou plus et avoir re\u00e7u les deux injections d'un vaccin.<\/p>\n

Le ministre des finances, \u00c9ric Girard, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que la loterie promotionnelle \u00e9tait un autre moyen d'aider la province \u00e0 atteindre ses objectifs en mati\u00e8re de vaccination. Pour pouvoir pr\u00e9tendre au grand prix, les personnes doivent avoir re\u00e7u leur deuxi\u00e8me dose avant le 31 ao\u00fbt. La nouvelle loterie comprendra \u00e9galement des prix pour les enfants \u00e2g\u00e9s de 12 \u00e0 17 ans,<\/strong> car les laur\u00e9ats du concours d\u00e9mographique recevront des bourses d'\u00e9tudes d'un montant compris entre 10 000 et 20 000 euros pour leurs \u00e9tudes.<\/p>\n

M. Dub\u00e9 a ajout\u00e9 que chaque point de pourcentage \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 75 000 nouvelles personnes vaccin\u00e9es et que, selon lui, chaque centime de la promotion en vaut la peine, car la province devrait \u00eatre pr\u00eate pour le 1er septembre. Il a conclu en disant que l'objectif est de vacciner le plus grand nombre possible de r\u00e9sidents afin d'\u00e9viter une nouvelle vague<\/strong> lorsque les \u00e9l\u00e8ves retournent \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole et que le froid arrive en automne.<\/p>\n

Promotions similaires dans tout le pays<\/h2>\n

Le Manitoba est une autre juridiction canadienne qui a adopt\u00e9 l'initiative d'une campagne de vaccination pour le loto. La semaine derni\u00e8re, la province a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que tous les r\u00e9sidents vaccin\u00e9s pourront participer au tirage et qu'il y aura trois CA$100 000 pour la r\u00e9gion sanitaire de Winnipeg<\/a> et une pour chacune des quatre autres r\u00e9gions sanitaires de la province. En outre, il y aura 10 bourses d'\u00e9tudes CA$25 000<\/strong> pour les enfants \u00e9ligibles de 12 \u00e0 17 ans.<\/p>\n

L'Alberta a \u00e9galement mis en place un programme sp\u00e9cial de loterie afin d'augmenter le nombre de personnes vaccin\u00e9es. Ouvert pour l'\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong>. La campagne a d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 et elle a maintenant son premier grand gagnant, puisque Tracey McIvor de Langdon<\/a> est le gagnant du premier tirage.
