L'intention de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de changer de d\u00e9nomination sociale a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9e au printemps, de m\u00eame que l'approbation par les actionnaires du changement de marque et d'autres modifications.<\/p>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nouvellement renomm\u00e9e a \u00e9galement d\u00e9plac\u00e9 son si\u00e8ge social de Montr\u00e9al \u00e0 Toronto. Elle exerce d\u00e9sormais ses activit\u00e9s en tant que soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ontarienne en vertu de la loi sur les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s par actions (Ontario). La marque PokerStars Vegas est la seule \u00e0 \u00eatre pr\u00e9sente au Royaume-Uni.<\/p>\n<p>L'entreprise a connu une croissance de 10% au cours de l'ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e. Selon les m\u00e9dias, un investisseur ext\u00e9rieur, qui avait particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la tentative de rachat de l'entreprise par son fondateur et ancien PDG, David Baazov, a augment\u00e9 sa participation \u00e0 environ 15% de l'entreprise.
