La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui a construit le complexe de casinos haut de gamme dans le centre-ville de Vancouver a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de laisser sa cr\u00e9ation prosp\u00e9rer sous la supervision d'une autre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, ce qui pourrait am\u00e9liorer son \u00e9tat actuel pour de bon. Ce changement a \u00e9t\u00e9 envisag\u00e9 depuis plusieurs semaines et l'on se souvient qu'au tout d\u00e9but de cette ann\u00e9e, on a appris que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Paragon Gaming avait d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'abandonner son projet. <strong>Le Parq Vancouver pourrait voir une nouvelle \u00e9toile faire son entr\u00e9e dans la gestion<\/strong> afin d'am\u00e9liorer ses performances.<\/p>\n<h2>Le constructeur de salles de casino vend sa participation<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6505 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.casinolion.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/paragon_gaming_pbc.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"433\" srcset=\"https:\/\/casinolion.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/paragon_gaming_pbc.jpg 750w, https:\/\/casinolion.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/paragon_gaming_pbc-300x173.jpg 300w, https:\/\/casinolion.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/paragon_gaming_pbc-62x36.jpg 62w, https:\/\/casinolion.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/paragon_gaming_pbc-156x90.jpg 156w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/>Ce n'est un secret pour personne que, ces derniers mois, le site s'est battu pour rester \u00e0 flot, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 <strong>des situations controvers\u00e9es qui se sont r\u00e9percut\u00e9es sur l'ensemble du terrain<\/strong>. Aujourd'hui, PBC Groups a fait son entr\u00e9e et restera partie prenante de la structure de Parq Vancouver, mais ce n'est pas la premi\u00e8re fois qu'il fait son apparition \u00e0 Parq Vancouver. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d'investissement \u00e9tait propri\u00e9taire d'une participation minoritaire.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient \u00e9galement de souligner que d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res \u00e9tapes du projet, <strong>Le Groupe PBC a pu la dynamiser gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses services de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/strong> Il est d\u00e9sormais propri\u00e9taire de la participation et suffisamment confiant pour am\u00e9liorer la position actuelle du complexe de casinos dans le secteur. Aucune information n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9e concernant le montant exact que PBC a d\u00fb payer pour cette participation. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 souhaite rendre le site encore plus attrayant pour les joueurs et r\u00e9affirmer sa position.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient de rappeler que Paragon Gaming s'int\u00e9resse \u00e0 ce projet depuis 2010 et s'est assur\u00e9 qu'il serait en mesure de surpasser les op\u00e9rations existantes dans la r\u00e9gion. <strong>Le casino Edgewater \u00e0 False Creek \u00e9tait un casino temporaire.<\/strong> qui a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 ses activit\u00e9s en 2005. Tout en accueillant les clients de son casino, Paragon Gaming s'est assur\u00e9 de prendre des mesures en vue de la construction d'un nouvel \u00e9tablissement permanent dans le centre-ville. La ville de Vancouver a donn\u00e9 son feu vert au projet en 2013.<\/p>\n<h2>Une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d'investissement devrait faire avancer l'op\u00e9ration<\/h2>\n<p>En septembre 2017, le casino temporaire a ferm\u00e9 d\u00e9finitivement ses portes, transf\u00e9rant tous les employ\u00e9s travaillant sur le site au Parq Vancouver, qui a lanc\u00e9 ses activit\u00e9s. D\u00e8s les premiers mois d'exploitation du nouveau site, les niveaux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat sont mont\u00e9s en fl\u00e8che.\u00a0<strong>le dernier trimestre 2017 a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9 par un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de CA$28 millions d'euros<\/strong>. Cependant, les r\u00e9sultats des jeux sur le site n'ont pas atteint les attentes et les projections initiales, comme cela est apparu clairement en mars 2018.<\/p>\n<p>La direction du casino a admis qu'elle avait besoin de CA$33,4 millions pour couvrir les paiements de couverture et de construction \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0.
