Le Groupe Dallaire, qui supervise la construction de projets r\u00e9sidentiels et commerciaux dans le secteur, a clairement fait savoir qu'une salle de jeu ne serait pas la bienvenue dans son futur gratte-ciel de La Phare. Le chef de file local n'a pas eu de conversations sur le sujet, mais il a annonc\u00e9 qu'il ne voulait rien savoir des jeux de hasard.<\/p>\n<p>L'expansion des jeux et la recherche d'un public plus large pourraient \u00eatre exactement ce dont un \u00e9tablissement de jeux a besoin pour maintenir ses recettes de jeux \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9. Le Salon de Jeux Qu\u00e9bec resterait une salle de jeux, au lieu de subir une expansion et de devenir un casino. Le gratte-ciel de 65 \u00e9tages s'\u00e9l\u00e8vera dans le quartier de Ste-Foy et comprendra des espaces r\u00e9sidentiels et commerciaux.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/casinolion.ca\/fr\/quebecs-salon-de-jeux-could-push-the-community-towards-better-days\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Le Salon de Jeux du Qu\u00e9bec pourrait pousser la communaut\u00e9 vers des jours meilleurs<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De plus, le nouveau b\u00e2timent sera dot\u00e9 d'une place publique et d'un espace \u00e9v\u00e9nementiel. Dans une r\u00e9cente d\u00e9claration, Michel Dallaire, pr\u00e9sident du Groupe Dallaire, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que<strong> une salle de jeux ne ferait pas partie du futur b\u00e2timent<\/strong>. Pour l'instant, aucune discussion n'a eu lieu \u00e0 ce sujet, mais cette clarification \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire. Le Phare devrait comporter des appartements r\u00e9sidentiels et une salle de jeu ne s'y int\u00e9grerait pas.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/casinolion.ca\/fr\/huron-wendat-nations-quebec-city-gaming-plans-see-government-support\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Les projets de jeux de la Nation huronne-wendat \u00e0 Qu\u00e9bec re\u00e7oivent l'appui du gouvernement<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le jeu compulsif est un probl\u00e8me qu'il convient de garder \u00e0 l'esprit lorsque l'on envisage d'\u00e9tendre l'offre de jeux. Un acc\u00e8s facile \u00e0 une salle de jeux ou \u00e0 un casino signifie un risque plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de jeu compulsif avec un large \u00e9ventail de cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9gatives. D'une certaine mani\u00e8re, le prochain <strong>Le gratte-ciel de Qu\u00e9bec refuse d'accueillir quelque op\u00e9ration de jeu que ce soit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>CA$755M Le projet ne veut pas de salle de jeux<\/h2>\n<p>Le Phare veut devenir le plus haut b\u00e2timent du Qu\u00e9bec, surpassant le plus haut b\u00e2timent de Montr\u00e9al. L'objectif ultime du gratte-ciel serait d'inclure une gamme compl\u00e8te d'espaces, ce qui en ferait un quartier vertical. Il est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vu qu'il comprenne une zone h\u00f4teli\u00e8re. Les habitants de la r\u00e9gion ont exprim\u00e9 leur<strong> l'opposition concernant le projet CA$755 millions<\/strong> et la fa\u00e7on dont il s'int\u00e9grerait \u00e0 l'architecture traditionnelle de la ville de Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/casinolion.ca\/fr\/huron-wendat-nation-envisions-casino-in-wendake-area-teaming-up-with-loto-quebec\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">La Nation huronne-wendat envisage un casino dans la r\u00e9gion de Wendake en faisant \u00e9quipe avec Loto-Qu\u00e9bec<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Selon le gouvernement du Qu\u00e9bec, le Salon de Jeux Qu\u00e9bec devrait \u00eatre d\u00e9plac\u00e9 en dehors de la ville de Qu\u00e9bec. <strong>son emplacement actuel au centre commercial Fleur de Lys.<\/strong> D\u00e8s qu'elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9e de la possibilit\u00e9 d'expansion des jeux, la nation huronne-wendat a manifest\u00e9 son int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la gestion d'un site de jeux, offrant ainsi \u00e0 sa communaut\u00e9 une nouvelle occasion d'en tirer profit.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/casinolion.ca\/fr\/huron-wendat-nation-eyes-quebec-city-for-future-tribal-gaming-expansion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">La nation huronne-wendat envisage la ville de Qu\u00e9bec pour l'expansion future de ses jeux tribaux<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le grand leader de la <strong>Nation huronne-wendat, Konrad Sioui<\/strong>, Les Premi\u00e8res nations ont exprim\u00e9 leur volont\u00e9 d'agir si et quand la salle de jeu existante sera relocalis\u00e9e.
