This was made possible by the contract assignment provision that highlighted the US-based company’s potential to play the part.
This is not a new player entering the field, as the company had been working on the terminal hardware part of the arrangement. The mutual agreement was done eyeing mutual benefits for all parties involved, but this was not the final stage of the decision-making process.
Intralot Enters Canada’s Gaming Field
British Columbia Lottery Corporation has to live up to the expectations of its customers on a daily basis, something possible only through professionalism. The overall price of this upgrade would reach CA$24.5 million and it is listed as part of the 2021/2022 BCLC budget. Intralot pointed out that this is a significant step in the right direction, as it would be able to explore an entirely new market and attract new supporters to its brand thanks to the premium offerings. The following five years could be the start of a long partnership.
